Apples Feature-Page für iOS 12 notierte im Juni:

RAW photo support: Import and manage RAW photos on your iPhone and iPad and edit on your iPad Pro.

Mit der Veröffentlichung der iOS 12 Beta 3 heißt es dort nun:

RAW editing support: You can now edit your RAW images in Photos on iPhone and iPad models with an A9 chip or later.

Es wäre auch sehr unverständlich gewesen, wenn die RAW-Fotobearbeitung nur auf dem iPad Pro möglich wäre.
